Location: Zanzibar
Beach & Safari Holidays, Zanzibar are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating smooth guest experiences.
As our Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring that transfers, excursions, and schedules run seamlessly.
You will serve as the crucial link between drivers, guides, and the sales team, all while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise morning transfers, excursions, and airport operations.
- Monitor driver punctuality and schedule adherence.
- Manage and update the daily transfer list (Taxlist).
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and with care.
- Report all incidents related to guests, operations, and vehicles.
- Oversee excursion logistics, expenses, and guide communications.
- Collaborate with accountants on operational costs.
- Maintain strong communication across all teams.
- Submit a monthly operational report to management.
