Prime Zone Limited seeking qualified personnel’s to join its term in below areas:
✅Position: Accoutant (1 Post -Dar es Salaam)
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and monitor customer payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare account payable and receivable report and aging schedules
- Maintain positive customer collection for successful collections
- Ensure all tax compliance and timely submission (Withholding, VAT- Returns, co-operate tax, provisional taxes and any other necessary.
- Compiling and presenting reports, commentaries, and financial statements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem solving and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of credit management and risk mitigation.
- High ethical standards and compliance.
- Mathematical accuracy is very important
- Knowing of accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooksetc.) may be advantageous to applicant.
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in finance, accounting or business administration
- At least one (1) year of experience in accounting, finance.

✅Position: Sales &marketing Officers (2- Post) Dodoma 1 post & DSM 1 Post
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research market trends and customer needs to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals and meet sales targets
- Track sales, analyses market campaign and advice accordingly.
- Work with other departments, such as product development and design teams, to ensure alignment and create compelling marketing materials
- Participate in or organize trade shows, conference and product launches to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Qualifications
- Diploma/ degree in marketing, sales or related field
- Proven working experience in sales at least at least one year (1)
- Ability to analyses market trend, sales data and consumer behavior to inform strategy and optimize company
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft tools
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team.
✅Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (1: Post-Dar es salaam)
Duties and responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to develop a brands online presence and drive engagement across social media platforms.
- Developing contents and managing campaigns
- Monitoring analytics and change strategies accordingly
- Engaging with customers, staying on top of trends and collaborating with sales and marketing team.

Qualifications
