✅Position: Agri-Machinery Sales Officer – 4 Posts
To promote, sell, and provide technical support for agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of agricultural machinery (tractors, planters, sprayers, harrow, etc.) within assigned territories.
- Promote agricultural machinery products to farmers, cooperatives, and agro-dealers.
- Provide after-sales support and technical guidance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing in agriculture field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural machinery or equipment
- Sound understanding of agricultural practices and machinery operations.
- Proficient in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing sales.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude for demonstrating machinery features and benefits.
Location: Ready to work in any region in Tanzania
